The Geto Boys is one of the illest groups to ever pick up a mic. They first hit the scene back in the late-80s and earned their first platinum plaque in 1991. We Can’t Be Stopped was the album and many have ranked it as one of the greatest hip hop albums ever. We Can’t Be Stopped is also known for the album cover as they exit the hospital.
