50 Cent Many Men for Throwback Thursday

We are two weeks away from Christmas. It’s amazing how fast these years seem to zoom by. My Week 14 NFL record was nothing to brag about seeing that with another subpar performance. The biggest news coming from this past week had to be Daniel Jones ruptured his Achilles. With Anthony Richardson still on IR and Riley Leonard being week-to-week, the Colts have signed Philip Rivers. Rivers is 44 years old and has been resigned and he’s immediately on the practice squad. The final college football playoffs rankings were revealed, and the playoffs are set. In the wrestling world, NXT had their Deadline event where Oba Femi became the 2-time NXT Champion. Femi will now face Cody Rhodes on Saturday Night’s Main Event. In that same event, John Cena will wrestle his final match in the WWE, and it will be an emotional moment.

Cena was an intricate part of my kid’s lives and they’re adults now. In the music world, we know that the Nas & DJ Premier album is supposed to drop on Friday. The album is called Light-Years, and the track listing was just released also. Lil Wayne and his Carter II classic turned 20 years old a few days ago. T-Pain and his debut album that produced classics like I’m Sprung and In Love with a Stripper turned 20 years old also. The biggest news in hip hop was the Diddy documentary on Netflix produced by 50 Cent. Sean Combs: The Reckoning is the name and it’s eye opening and a lot of things we knew but now have proof. My playlist consisted of a couple of mixtapes, Tha Carter II and the T-Pain album mentioned. With 50 Cent making headlines with the documentary, he’s my featured artist.

We are going back to his iconic Get Rich or Die Tryin’ album that dropped in February of 2003. The monumental album sold almost 10 million copies in the United States alone. It received numerous awards and has been ranked as one of the greatest albums of all time. Many Men is one of my favorite joints by 50 Cent and of all time and it’s my featured Throwback Thursday track.
