Welcome to the final couple days in the month of October. Halloween is tomorrow so make sure you and your family are safe and have fun trick-or-treating. There was a lot happening throughout the last week. Last Saturday was the highly anticipated Verzuz between Cash Money and No Limit Records. There are things I’d say could have been better, but overall it was fun and took me back down memory lane. College Football didn’t have any major upsets, but the firing of Brian Kelly from LSU was the big story of the week. The NFL wrapped up Week 8 and it feels like some teams are separating themselves from the rest of the pack. Speaking of the NFL, former Jets All-Pro Center Nick Mangold passed away from a long bout with a rare kidney disease. NXT Halloween Havoc took place, and this weekend is Saturday Night’s Main Event also.
My weekly playlist consisted of the new Dave East, Mood Muzik 3, and a personal J. Cole Greatest Hits joint. There were a few others, but my featured track was something that I’ve put together. With Verzuz and the people finally giving flowers to No Limit Records that’s the direction I’m going. One of the No Limit artists that performed on stage was Young Bleed. He’s currently fighting for life in ICU as we speak. My featured Throwback Thursday is a No Limit Records compilation which consists of 20 tracks from various artists.
