
Staying healthy throughout the summer is a job in itself. The heat is one thing, but you’re trying to balance fun with smart habits. You want to eat right, stay hydrated, beat the heat and stay healthy in the process. Below are 12 ways to stay healthy throughout the summer.
Stay Hydrated
It’s vital to stay hydrated throughout the summer. Drink plenty of water and consume foods that hydrate you like fruits and vegetables. Limit the amount of alcohol and excessive caffeine in the process. You should invest in a reusable bottle so you can sip water throughout the day. Working out in the summer requires extra precautions to stay safe and effective. Hydration is crucial, so drink plenty of water before, during, and after exercise.
