There’s a lot going on in the world we’re living in today. The California Wildfires continues to headline news, and the unfortunate effect it is having on people. In college football, the national championship game will be played on Monday Night between Ohio State and Notre Dame. The NFL is down to their final 8 with the AFC and NFC Divisional rounds taking place this weekend. My playlist consisted of albums like the Tupac Resurrection Soundtrack and the new joint from Lil Baby. The Champ is Here Pt. 3 from Jadakiss and Do You Want More from the Roots was also played. I’ll go in another direction for my featured track and it’s a classic album from the No Limit Records family. Fiend released his second studio album and first on No Limit back in May of 1998. The platinum album is one of the No Limit joints you need.
There’s One in Every Family is the name of the project and it made Fiend one of my favorites on No Limit. There’s One in Every Family was one of an unprecedented 24 albums released from No Limit Records just in 1998. There were no official singles released off the album, but it had plenty of bangers. My featured Throwback Thursday track is the final song on the album, and it’s called Live Me Long. Live Me Long is one of those deep tracks from Fiend and combined with his unique voice and it’s a classic. Check out Live Me Long up above and the album track listing and stream link below.
