We have our second Game 7 in consecutive days in the NBA Playoffs. The question was asked, if the Nuggets or Clippers will advance in their Game 7? Denver took down the Clippers in a blowout to advance to face Oklahoma City in the second round. We turn our attention to the Houston Rockets and Golden State Warriors. The Warriors and Rockets split the first two games in Houston. Golden State went on to win the next games at home. Many of us thought the series was over, but the Rockets had other plans. Houston looked like a different team, and they defeated the Warriors at home and on the road. We know the Rockets will look to add a veteran superstar in the offseason. If the Warriors lose, what will happen to this team next season?
Will Houston or Golden State Win Game 7?
The Warriors won three of the first four games in this series. Houston seems to have captured the momentum by winning the last two games. Golden State appears exhausted, and lacking a big man for rebounding is detrimental. Steven Adams and Alperen Sengun have dominated the interior. The energy level of their young guards has frustrated the Warriors. Jimmy Butler has guaranteed that they will not lose this game. The Rockets have all confidence in the world and Fred VanVleet is playing like his 2019 Raptors championship run. Steph Curry and Draymond Green still have that championship pedigree. We all know that Playoff Jimmy is a real thing and think he can pull out a superior performance on the road. As mentioned before, momentum is a real thing and Houston has it now. I believe the Rockets will complete the comeback. Houston Win and Advance 115-111
