Worx is a brand my family has used for years and have been happy with all the products. We have used the power cleaner multiple times to clean the house, cars and driveway. The power vacuum is used on all the vehicles in the family. Everyone need a nice screwdriver set and we have had ours for about three years and still used it a lot. A couple months ago, the Worx battery operated cooler was used on my trip to Tampa. Everyone in my family is having issues with tires, we had to get the portable air pump inflator. This will go with my daughter when she goes back to school, which is 3.5 hours away. The other gadget we tried is the wet/dry vacuum from Worx. Below are my takes on the portable air pump inflator and wet/dry vacuum from Worx.
Worx 20V Power Share Portable Air Pump
The power share portable air pump inflator is a high pressure 20V pump that is perfect to keep in your car. You can keep whenever you need air in your tires. It is also perfect for sports balls and other small inflatables like your kids’ toys. The Worx 20V Power Share Portable Air Pump Inflator is small and lightweight. It is easy to carry thanks to the built-in handle that’s made of hard plastic. The digital LED gauge display and control panel are on top of the handle. There are buttons in place to power it up, increase and decrease PSI and to start and stop. The pressure hose is more than long enough when pumping up tires or doing anything else with it. The Worx 20V Power Share Portable Air Pump Inflator has a clip below the hose that conveniently holds extra adaptors.
They include a Presta valve adaptor, a sports ball needle, and a tapered adaptor for small inflatables. There are 2 clamps on the side of the Worx 20V Power Share Portable Air Pump Inflator to help keep the hose organized when not in use. That means the cord isn’t just dangling around and can be kept neatly where it’s stored. The pump is powered by a 20V battery that can be charged using the included charger. While charging, the green indicator will flash. Charging is complete when the indicator light is solid green. The battery also has a built-in power indicator. Holding the red button will show how much power the battery has left. One of the best things about Worx is the ability to share their batteries with other Worx accessories.
How to Use
The Worx 20V Power Share Portable Air Pump Inflator is easy to use. Simply attach the air chuck to the tire valve, select the proper psi, and hit the start button. Once the tire has reached the preferred psi, the pump will shut off automatically. First, it was tested on my daughter’s Nissan Sentra because she will be taking it with her. Afterwards, it was tried on my Nissan Pathfinder, and it worked to perfection again. The 20V battery supplies enough power to inflate any tire up to 150 psi.
My Overall Thoughts
Overall, I liked the Worx Portable Air Pump and feel great about sending it with my daughter. The inflation hose is the perfect length, and the compact design makes it portable and easy to transport and store. The built-in light gets plenty bright enough if you must use it in low light or dark conditions. With them adding the emergency red flasher was the icing on the cake.
Worx Nitro 20V Power Share 2.1 Gal. Wet/Dry Vac
Recently, we had a nice spill in the room in our garage that holds the hot water heater and furnace. After getting that fixed, my wife said we need to invest in a wet/dry vacuum. Since we have been thrilled with the Worx brand, we decided to check out the Worx Nitro 20V 2.1 Gal. Wet/Dry Vacuum. We kind of knew what to expect seeing we have their vacuum for our cars. The Nitro 20V is a maintenance-free, high-efficiency brushless motor. It runs about 50 percent longer and provides 25 percent more power than a comparable brushed motor. My Overall Thoughts
Honestly, the wet/dry vac exceeded my lofty expectations. Despite being small and compact, it packs power like a full-sized bigger shop vac I’ve used in the past. It doesn’t weigh a lot so everyone in the house can use it. My wife is very small, and she carries it around without any issues. Just like the portable air pump inflator, you should have this in your home or your vehicles.
