How many people out there are always busy to the point where your diet suffers? Since late last year I started to change my diet so I can become healthier but working night shift, being involved with my kid’s school, blogging and being a husband at the same time. While working on the night shift I have to change my eating habits, like not eating full meals in the middle of the night and just find healthy snacks that fill me up. While in Publix I saw that the Liberté Méditerranée was on sale with it being 10 for $10 and they had several different flavors to choose from. They had everything from Lemon, Blueberry, Strawberry, Blackberry, Coconut and 2 new flavors in Caramel and Cappuccino flavors to choose from.
I’ll be honest, I’ve tried several different kinds of yogurt over the last few months but the Liberté Méditerranée yogurt is so creamy and delicious it has become addictive. My daughters has started eating them for breakfast in the mornings with my oldest daughter loving the Blackberry, Strawberry and Cappuccino and my youngest loving the Lemon, Coconut, Caramel and Blueberry. I’ve become a huge fan of the Caramel and actually got a few people loving them also where I work at in the process. The Caramel Liberté is something I definitely love and usually I eat it the way it is or put in the Bear Naked Vanilla Almond granola and that’s what I call #YogurtPerfection.

Never heard of this brand before, and as a food historian, that bothers me. I would love to try all of the flavors, especially the lemon.

Saw this brand yesterday and almost grabbed some, looks pretty good, guess I’ll have to make a run to the store today!
I’ve passed them over a few times also but now I’m addicted to these, all of them taste great and I’ve stocked up on them twice now.
